A Cognitive Performance Profile is ideal for individuals who want a deeper understanding of how their brain is functioning—without necessarily having a specific diagnosis or concern.
It may be especially valuable for:
High-performing professionals who want to better understand and optimize attention, memory, processing speed, and executive functioning.
Adults experiencing subtle cognitive changes who have noticed differences in memory, focus, mental sharpness, or efficiency.
Individuals with a family history of Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, stroke, or other neurological conditions who want to establish a personal cognitive baseline that can be compared with future testing.
People entering a new stage of life who want a clearer picture of their cognitive strengths and areas that may benefit from additional support.
Anyone interested in cognitive wellness and longevity who wants objective information about their current cognitive functioning.
What Does It Include?
Your Cognitive Performance Profile combines objective testing with individualized interpretation to provide a comprehensive snapshot of your cognitive functioning.
The evaluation includes:
Clinical consultation to discuss your history, lifestyle, concerns, and cognitive goals.
Computerized cognitive testing examining areas such as attention, memory, processing speed, executive functioning, and other cognitive abilities.
Personalized cognitive profile identifying areas of relative strength as well as areas that may warrant attention or monitoring.
Individual feedback session to review your results and understand what they mean for you.
Personalized recommendations based on your results, goals, and areas of cognitive performance.
Baseline results for future comparison, allowing changes in cognitive functioning to be monitored over time when repeat testing is appropriate.
Know Where You Are. Track Where You’re Going.
You don’t have to wait until something feels wrong to understand how your brain is performing. Establishing a cognitive baseline gives you objective information today—and something meaningful to compare against in the future.

When You Know Something Is Going On, But You're Not Sure What
Sometimes symptoms don’t fit neatly into one diagnosis. Difficulties with attention, mood, anxiety, social functioning, executive functioning, or everyday life can overlap across multiple conditions.
A full psychological evaluation takes a comprehensive look at your symptoms, history, and functioning to better understand what may be contributing to the difficulties you're experiencing.
This evaluation may be a good fit for adults who:
Have questions about ADHD, mood disorders, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, or other psychological conditions.
Have received different or conflicting diagnoses in the past.
Feel that a previous diagnosis does not fully explain their experiences.
Have been in treatment but continue to feel that something is being missed.
Want a more comprehensive understanding of their psychological and cognitive functioning.
Need diagnostic clarification to help guide treatment and next steps.
Your evaluation is individualized based on your specific concerns and may include:
Comprehensive clinical interview
Psychological and diagnostic assessment
Cognitive and/or attention testing, when clinically indicated
Standardized questionnaires and symptom measures
Review of relevant records, when available
Collateral information, when appropriate
Integrated diagnostic interpretation
Personalized recommendations for care and accommodations
Feedback session to review your results
Comprehensive written report
The Goal: Clarity
A comprehensive evaluation isn't about finding a label that fits. It's about developing a clearer understanding of how you think, feel, and function and identifying what may be contributing to the challenges you're experiencing.
Whether the evaluation confirms a diagnosis, identifies something unexpected, or helps rule out certain conditions, you'll leave with a clearer understanding of yourself and recommendations for moving forward.
$2,000-$5,000 dependent on evaluations and sessions needed.

Know Your Baseline Before You Need It
A concussion can temporarily affect memory, attention, processing speed, reaction time, and other cognitive abilities. But without knowing how you performed before an injury, it can be difficult to determine how much your functioning has changed.
Concussion baseline testing provides a snapshot of your cognitive performance while you are healthy. If a concussion occurs in the future, your baseline results can provide healthcare professionals with an individualized point of comparison during assessment and recovery.
Concussion baseline testing may be especially valuable for:
Athletes of all ages
Recommended before training or season starts
This practice offers this service to individuals as young as 12 years old
Individuals in professions where there is a high risk of injury
Individuals participating in high-risk recreational activities
Individuals with a history of concussion who want to establish a new baseline after fully recovering and when clinically appropriate
Why Establish a Baseline?
Everyone's cognitive abilities are different. A score that is considered "average" for one person may represent a meaningful decline for another.
Having your own baseline allows post-injury performance to be compared with your typical functioning, providing healthcare professionals with another source of objective information when evaluating cognitive changes following a concussion.
What Does Baseline Testing Measure?
Testing evaluates cognitive abilities that may be affected by concussion, such as:
Attention
Memory
Processing speed
Reaction time
Your results are securely maintained so they can be referenced if a future injury occurs.
If a Concussion Happens
Baseline testing does not diagnose or prevent a concussion. Instead, it provides valuable pre-injury information that can be considered alongside symptoms, medical evaluation, and post-injury testing.
If you experience a suspected concussion, you should be evaluated by an appropriate healthcare professional. Your baseline results can then be shared with your treating provider to assist with assessment and recovery planning.

Time to live with NO LIMITS
Performance isn't just about what you're capable of—it's about being able to access those abilities when they matter most.
Mental Performance Consultation focuses on the psychological skills that influence how you prepare, perform, respond to pressure, and recover from setbacks. Together, we identify the mental factors that may be helping—or interfering with—your ability to perform at your best.
Who Is It For?
Mental Performance Consultation is ideal for individuals who want to strengthen the mental side of performance, including:
Athletes looking to improve focus, confidence, consistency, and performance under pressure
Executives and professionals navigating high-pressure environments, demanding workloads, or leadership responsibilities
Performers and creatives who want to manage performance anxiety and perform more consistently
Students and competitive professionals preparing for high-stakes exams, interviews, presentations, or other performance situations
Individuals returning after an injury, setback, or extended break who want to rebuild confidence in their performance
High achievers who perform well but feel their mindset sometimes gets in the way of their abilities
Areas We Can Work On
Consultation is individualized to your goals and may focus on:
Building confidence and self-trust
Managing performance anxiety and pressure
Improving focus and concentration
Developing effective pre-performance routines
Goal setting and motivation
Managing perfectionism and fear of failure
Improving consistency
Mental preparation and visualization
Responding effectively to mistakes and setbacks
Developing resilience
Preventing burnout and improving performance sustainability
What Does It Look Like?
Mental Performance Consultation begins with identifying your goals, current challenges, and the demands of your performance environment.
From there, we develop practical mental strategies you can apply in real-world situations. Rather than simply talking about performance, the focus is on developing skills you can practice, implement, and refine over time.
This Is Not Therapy
Mental Performance Consultation focuses on performance development rather than the treatment of a mental health condition.
If concerns arise that would be better addressed through psychotherapy or another mental health service, we can discuss appropriate recommendations and next steps.
Your Skills Got You Here. Your Mindset Determines What You Do With Them.
You already put time into developing your craft. Mental performance training helps ensure that when it's time to perform, your mind is working with you—not against you.
